refactor(ai-page): 统一页面路由管理并修复AI智能体路径

1.  将硬编码的页面路径替换为PAGE_KEY_MAP常量统一管理
2.  修正AI智能体页面路径为/pages_tool/ai-agent/index
3.  优化客服跳转逻辑，避免重复注入tabBar隐藏标记
4.  为AI聊天页面添加自定义组件占位配置
