build(mp-harmony): 切换签名证书为cs相关配置并清理冗余资源

更新了build-profile.json5中的签名配置路径，替换为csDebug.p7b和cs.cer；删除了旧的kk.csr证书请求文件以及冗余的证书物料文件，同时移除了不再需要的组件依赖配置
