chore(mp-harmony): 初始化鸿蒙元服务项目并完善配置

1.  添加应用及启动图标资源
2.  配置页面路由、卡片信息与资源文件
3.  更新gitignore排除rawfile目录
4.  修改构建签名的keyAlias为cs
