refactor: 迁移ns-newform组件到标准components目录并更新引用

1. 将ns-newform组件从pages_tool/_components移动到项目标准components目录
2. 更新所有文件中对该组件的导入路径和文档引用
3. 优化diy-form组件的表单数据处理逻辑，兼容更多数据格式
